Just came across a case today for a "no name Gourav" SEMI DRIVER out of California who was charged with TEXTING WHILE DRIVING on Interstate 70 in Clark County Ohio. My local "magistrate" lowered the charge to a "TAIL LIGHT" violation and fined him $25.00.
