At 9 p.m. 11/4, a 2021 Kenworth pulling a trailer backed south across all lanes of South Warfield Blvd west of Indiantown. A Subaru hit the trailer and its driver died. CDL issued a month ago in NY.
Not yet but the fact they were able to and chose to hire someone with a 27 day old CDL would indciate theyre not exactly “Old Dominion Freight Lines” quality nor are they in some prime captive group insurer. So my guess is, it will be another fly by night with zero assets, insured by some sub-prime insurer who already opened up under another business and will let their insurer eat this and the rest of society will pay the cost through higher premiums.
