The rare vehicle frauds involved car dealerships and one unusual money laundering case defrauding lenders with recycled and altered construction equipment VINs. I found the UCC filings to be very useful.

May 20, 2026, two highway workers were killed in Chester County, PA as the result of a tractor trailer crash. Not a word about the driver so far.
